# Data Processing Agreement (DPA)


||| Attention: The access to the Data Processing Agreement is only possible for the admin!

Since we manage personal data in Personizer on your behalf, you need a data processing agreement with us according to the latest EU data protection regulation. You can download this contract directly in Personizer, fill it out and upload it again.

1. Your **Settings** are located at the bottom left. Click on **Subscription** if you want to download your data processing agreement.

2. After the page loads, you will see an overview of your subscription. In the top navigation bar is the Order **Data Processing Agreement** . Click on it to access your commissioned data processing contract.

3. Now click on **Download model contract** to download the Data Processing Agreement.

4. Send the signed contract to contract@personizer.com
