# How can I enter a vacation ban for employees?

You can easily enter a vacation ban for employees. We explain how you can do this in the following helpdesk article.

1. First click on the **My Team** tab in the left-hand navigation bar.

2. Then click on the **Bulk Absences** tab in the horizontal bar.

3. In the drop-down menu under **Absence Type** , please select **Ban on taking leave** and fill in all relevant fields.

4. Finish your entries with the **Save** button at the bottom right.
