How can I see Personizer events in my default calendar?
Personizer offers you to integrate and display events in your standard calendar. No matter if you normally use a Google calendar, the iCalender or the classic Outlook calendar.
- To get to your user settings, you must first click on your avatar picture/profile picture in the top right-hand corner.
- A new button will open. Click on Go to Profile.
- Your user settings will open. Click on Integrations.
- Here you will find various options. Click on iCalendar Feeds.
- Here you will find three options with links to choose from, which you can select as you wish.
- Only your own events
- All events in your team
- All events in your company
- Depending on which calendar you use, you can jump to the respective item.
- You use the Google calendar? Continue with point 7.
- You use the iCalender? Continue with point 13.
- You use the Outlook calendar? Continue with point 21.
Google calendar integration
- Click here and open your Google calendar.
- Click on the plus symbol under other calendars.
- Select From URL.
- Paste your URL from Personizer in the corresponding field.
- Click on Add calendar to save your entries.
- Now your Personizer events appear in your Google calendar.
iPhone calendar integration
- Open the Settings on your iPhone.
- Click on Calendar in your settings.
- Click on Accounts.
- Click on Add account.
- Select Other.
- Click on Add Subscribed Calendar.
- Now you can enter one of the three links from Personizer in the Server field provided and save your entries.
- Your calendar will now appear in your iPhone calendar.
Integration in Outlook calendar
- Click here and log in to your Outlook account.
- Open the calendar view in your outlook application.
- Click on Add calendar.
- Paste the desired link in the corresponding field and click Import.
- The Personizer calendar now appears in the "Other calendars" group and updates itself automatically.
Remove calendar
- To invalidate the old links or generate new links you can click Revoke in the Personizer settings.
