How can I take out a subscription?
Attention: Only the admin can complete a subscription!
Here is a step-by-step guide on how to complete your Personizer subscription:
At the bottom left, you will find your Admin Panel. Click Subscription if you want to complete your subscription.
After the page loads, you will see an overview of your subscription. In the top navigation bar, you will find the Manage Subscription option to either edit your current subscription or sign up for a new one.
A page will open where you can create or manage your Personizer subscription. Customize your subscription according to your preferences and choose between different modules and number of users.
After you have made your choice, click Confirm Selection on the right to complete the process.
A new window will open. Fill in all the required Billing Adress and Payment Information and click Confirm information and checkout to complete your subscription.
A confirmation window appears: You have successfully completed the subscription.
