# How do I delete my Personizer account?

Contact our support if you want to completely delete your account, including your data. 

Write an email to the following email address: **support@personizer.com**

This mail **must** contain the following informations:

1. statement about the deletion request.

2. the e-mail address stored in the system.

So that we can constantly improve Personizer, we would appreciate knowing the reason of the deletion.

**Deletion of the Personizer user account:**

To delete your Personizer user account, please contact your account administrator. The account administrator can remove your account and all associated data for you.

Here is a simple guide to help your administrator delete your account easily:

1. To remove a user, first click on **Employees** in the left navigation bar.

2. An overview will open in which you will find a list of your stored users. To remove a user, click on the **three dots ( ⁝ ).**

3. A new button appears. Then click on **Edit user** .

4. The user's personnel file opens. Click again on the ** three dots ( ⁝ ) at the top right.

5. Select **Delete User** and confirm the deletion by clicking **Yes, delete!**

The stored user has been successfully deleted.
