# Personizer - How can I cancel my subscription?


||| Attention: Only the admin can cancel the subscription!

To cancel your subscription:

1. To cancel your subscription, click on **Subscription** in the **Settings** section at the bottom left.

2. Once the page has loaded, you will find an overview of your subscription. If you want to cancel your subscription, select a reason for canceling and fill in all the fields. Then click on the **Cancel Subcription** button .

3. Your subscription has been successfully canceled. To complete the process, click on the **Done** button.

|| Your subscription has been cancelled with us, but your data will still be kept for possible cancellation. If you wish to permanently delete your data, please contact our support team.
