# Where can I find the personnel file in Personizer?

In the following article, we will show you how to find the personnel file in Personizer.

|| Please note: Only administrators can adjust the personnel files.

For Admins:

1. Click on **Employees** in the left-hand navigation bar.

2. **Personnel Files** is already selected in the horizontal navigation bar.

3. You will see a chart with all employees.

4. If you click on the **avatar image** of an employee, a new window opens with the respective personnel file.

For User:

1. Click on your **avatar image** at the top right.

2. A new interface opens. Click on **Go to Profile**.

3. You will then be taken to your personal Profile page with the contents of your personnel file accessible to you.
