Personizer - How can I cancel my subscription?

Attention: Only the admin can cancel the subscription!

To cancel your subscription:

To cancel your subscription, click on Subscription in the Settings section at the bottom left.

Once the page has loaded, you will find an overview of your subscription. If you want to cancel your subscription, select a reason for canceling and fill in all the fields. Then click on the Cancel Subcription button .

Your subscription has been successfully canceled. To complete the process, click on the Done button.

Your subscription has been cancelled with us, but your data will still be kept for possible cancellation. If you wish to permanently delete your data, please contact our support team.
