How can I see Vacationizr events in my Outlook calendar? How to set up iCalender feeds in Outlook 2013
The Vacationizr offers the possibility to integrate events such as vacation or other absences in the Outlook calendar. This is done via iCalendar Feeds.
In your user settings (click on your avatar at the top right in Vacationizr) you will find the links under iCalendar Feeds. There you have three options to choose from, which you can choose at will.
First open Outlook and go to the Calendar view.
Here you can add a calendar from the Internet using the ribbon menu.
Now Outlook asks again if you really want to subscribe to this calendar.
You can simply ignore the advanced options here. Just click Yes and that's it!
The Vacationizr calendar appears in the "Other calendars" group and updates itself automatically.
