How do I delete my Personizer account?

Contact our support if you want to completely delete your account, including your data.

Write an email to the following email address: support@personizer.com

This mail must contain the following informations:

statement about the deletion request.

the e-mail address stored in the system.

So that we can constantly improve Personizer, we would appreciate knowing the reason of the deletion.

Deletion of the Personizer user account:

To delete your Personizer user account, please contact your account administrator. The account administrator can remove your account and all associated data for you.

Here is a simple guide to help your administrator delete your account easily:

To remove a user, first click on Employees in the left navigation bar.

An overview will open in which you will find a list of your stored users. To remove a user, click on the three dots ( ⁝ ).

A new button appears. Then click on Edit user .

The user's personnel file opens. Click again on the three dots ( ⁝ ) at the top right.

Select Delete User and confirm the deletion by clicking Yes, delete!

The stored user has been successfully deleted.
