Personizer - How can I cancel my subscription?

Attention: Only the admin can cancel the subscription!
To cancel your subscription:
To cancel your subscription, first start in the Admin Panel by clicking Subscription in the bottom left corner.
Once the page loads, you will find an overview of your subscription. If you want to cancel your subscription, just click on the Cancel Subscription button.
To finally confirm your cancellation, click on the Cancel Subscription button.
Your subscription has been successfully cancelled. To complete the process, click the Done button.
Your subscription has been cancelled with us, but your data will still be kept for possible cancellation. If you wish to permanently delete your data, please contact our support team.
