What should I do if my payment fails?
If your payment fails, please check first,
- Whether your credit card has expired
- Whether you entered the correct check digit when placing your order
- Whether the limit of your credit card for the billing period has already been reached
If you have checked the above points and the payment still does not work, change your payment details if necessary:
- As an account administrator, you will find the Payment Information option under Subscription in the Settings .
- Here you can access your profile settings and adjust your payment details by clicking the Payment Method button.
