What cancellation periods are there?

If you wish to cancel your Personizer subscription, the following cancellation rights apply.

Both parties can terminate at any time without giving reasons with a notice period of 30 days to the end of the agreed term.

Both parties reserve the right to extraordinary termination for important reasons if the legal requirements are met.

After the end of the cooperation within the meaning of this contract, the user can demand that the order data stored during the cooperation in the database be deleted immediately by the provider. This must be done in writing.

In order to process your cancellation, you must send your cancellation request to support@personizer.com from the email address stored in the account.
