Click on Employees in the left-hand navigation bar and then on Import Assistant in the horizontal navigation bar.
Here you now have the option of uploading a CSV file with the personnel data. Take a look at the example file linked there. You can currently import the following personnel data directly into Personizer via the CSV file:

Under Map fields you can assign the columns of your CSV file to the personnel file fields in Personizer.
Once you have assigned all the fields, click on the Preview data button in the top right-hand corner.
If data in your CSV file is missing or incorrect, the affected cells will be highlighted in red in this preview. Hovering the mouse pointer over the red-marked cell will show you which error is involved. If the CSV file contains errors, it is not possible to import the data. In such a case, you must edit the CSV file accordingly and upload it again.
If no errors were identified during the data check, you can import the data into Personizer by clicking on the Start import button.
The import starts and the progress of the data upload is displayed here. You can exit the view while the data is being uploaded. However, it is important that the tab remains open in the browser.
