How can I, as an administrator, upload a sick leave certificate afterwards?
As an admin, you can subsequently upload the leave certificates of your employees.
- First click on My Team in the left navigation bar.
- Then select Absences in the top navigation bar.
- Search for the employee you want to edit in the search field .
- Now click on the day you want to edit in the calendar overview. Now select the absence type Sickness .
- A new window will open. Then fill in all relevant data in the new window and upload the leave certificate under Add file . To finish, click on the Add button.
The leave certificate has now been subsequently added to an employee.
View Leave Certificate:
- Click Reports in the left navigation bar.
- Click on Sick Days in the upper navigation bar.
- You will get to an overview where you can find all sick days. In the column Sick note you can see whether an leave certificate was deposited.
- If an leave certificate has been stored, you can view it by clicking on the download icon in the Attachment column.
