How can I, as an administrator, upload a sick leave certificate afterwards?

Attention: Only admins with the appropriate permissions can subsequently upload a new leave certificate. Learn here how to assign permissions.

As an admin, you can subsequently upload the leave certificates of your employees.

First click on Administration in the left navigation bar in the admin panel.

Then select Edit employee´s Absences in the top navigation bar.

Search for the employee you want to edit in the search field.

Now click on the day you want to edit in the calendar overview. Now select the absence type Sickness.

A new window will open. Then fill in all relevant data in the new window and upload the leave certificate under Attach File. To finish, click on the Add button.

The leave certificate has now been subsequently added to an employee.



View AU Certificate:

Click Administration in the left navigation bar in the admin panel.

Click on Sick days in the upper navigation bar.

You will get to an overview where you can find all sick days. In the column Sick note you can see whether an leave certificate was deposited.

If an leave certificate has been stored, you can view it by clicking on the download icon in the Attachment column.

Tip: Use the search function to find the right sick day faster.
