Where can I adjust employees' leave account?

Personizer: absence management and time tracking for your company

In the following article we will show you how to adjust the leave account of employees in Personizer. We will refer to the following example:

An employee has done an excellent job for several years and has been especially dedicated during the pandemic. Because of his performance, the company decides to give him four additional vacation days this year.


Adjust employee leave account



Click in the left navigation bar on Settings.

Click on Users in the horizontal navigation bar.

Click on the pencil icon for a user if you want to make a correction to the leave account. The filter function can help you find specific users.



A new window will open. Here you can find the individual settings for this user.

If you scroll down, you will find the section New Allowance Adjustment. Click on Add New Adjustment.



A new window will open. Here you can adjust the leave account.

Enter the desired adjustments for this leave account.

In case you want the adjustment of the vacation days to be valid only until the next expiration of the remaining vacation days, you can simply check the box "is residual". However, if you want the adjustment to continue after the remaining leave has expired, simply leave the box blank.

Click Apply if you want to save your adjustments.



Click Save when you are finished.
