Where can I adjust employees' vacation account?

Personizer: absence management and time tracking for your company

In the following article we will show you how to adjust the vacation account of employees in Personizer.

Note: Only users with administrator rights can adjust a vacation account. Find out here how you can assign authorizations.

Click on Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.

Click on Users in the horizontal navigation bar.

Search for the desired user (use the filter function if necessary) and click on the three dots in the right-hand column.

The Edit user option appears - click on it. A new window opens in which you can make the individual settings for the user.

Navigate to the Contract section and click on Adjustment of Vacation Account. Another window opens, click on Adjust Vacation Account.

Another window will open in which you can adjust the vacation account. If you want to adjust the vacation account, please leave a comment and give reasons for the adjustment.

To apply your changes, click on Save.
