How can I create an absence calendar without public holidays?
If your employees live in countries whose public holidays we cannot yet display in Personizer, you can set up an absence calendar without public holidays for them.
To set up an absence calendar without public holidays for a person, click on Employees in the left-hand navigation bar.
Select the person you want to edit by clicking on the three dots on the right and then selecting Edit employee.
Navigate to User Settings and then to Public Holidays in the Absence Calendar. Click on the pencil icon here.
Tick the box next to Override Location and select the option no selection under Country.
Click on Save at the top right.
Public holidays will no longer appear in the person's absence calendar.
Tip: To enter national public holidays in an absence calendar without public holidays, you can create individual absence types and add them to the person's calendar.
Personizer offers the display of public holidays in these countries.
