Personizer: absence management and time tracking for your company

In the following article we will show you how to create a work schedule in Personizer.


Assign a work schedule



Attention: Only users with administrative rights can assign a work schedule.

Click on Settings in the left navigation bar.

Click on Users in the horizontal navigation bar.

Find the desired user (use the filter function if necessary), and click on the three dots in the Actions column.

The Edit User option will appear – click on it.

A new window will open where you can make individual settings for the user.

Scroll down to the Work Schedule section and select Edit Work Schedule.

Another window will open where you can adjust the work schedule for the user.

Select the appropriate work schedule and set a start time if necessary.

If there is no suitable work schedule available, create a new one by clicking on New Work Schedule.

To apply your changes, click on Apply.

Finally, save your settings by clicking on Save.
