How can I view my employee's remaining vacation days?
Personizer: Absence and Time Management for Your Company
In the following Helpdesk article, we will show you how to view the remaining vacation days of your employees in Personizer.
Note: Only admins with the appropriate permissions can view the remaining vacation days of the employees. Learn how to assign permissions here.
You have various options for viewing the remaining vacation days:
Option 1: Via the user settings
click on Settings in the left navigation bar at the bottom of the admin panel.
your settings will now open. Now click on Users in the horizontal navigation bar.
a new window opens with an overview of the users. In the table you will find, among other things, the Vacation account column. Use the filter function to find the person whose remaining vacation days you want to view more quickly.

Option 2: Via the user's absence calendar
Click on Administration in the left navigation bar at the bottom of the admin area.
The area where you can manage your employees will now open. Click on Edit Employee's Absences in the horizontal navigation bar.
A new window will open. Use the filter function to find the employee whose remaining vacation days you want to view.
The employee's absence calendar will open. Below this calendar, you will find a small overview where you can see how many vacation days remain.
Option 3: Via the Excel export
Click on Administration in the left navigation bar at the bottom of the admin panel.
The area in which you can manage your employees will now open. Click on Excel Export in the horizontal navigation bar.
Enter the desired data: which company, which team or which date you want to export and click on Export.
The download is now created. Finally, click on Download.
You have now received an Excel file. In this file you can view information about your users, including the remaining vacation days.
