Why can't employees see their colleagues?

Personizer: Absence and Time Management for Your Company

The visibility of employees can be adjusted by the administrator. To ensure that employees can see each other, the corresponding setting must be adjusted in the respective team.

Note: Only users with administrator rights can edit settings. Learn how to assign permissions here.

Click on Settings in the left-hand navigation bar.

Click on Teams in the horizontal navigation bar.

Search for the desired team (use the filter function if necessary) and click on the pencil icon in the right-hand column.

A new window will open. Here you will find the team settings. Under Members of this team are visible to other teams you will find the corresponding option. Check this box if you want your employees to be able to see their colleagues.

Confirm your entries by clicking on Save.
