On January 1, 2024, a new vacation policy goes into effect, which provides that all employees of Vacation AG will have a vacation entitlement of 28 days per year as of that date. In addition, the vacation policy stipulates that all remaining vacation days from the previous year must be claimed by March 01 of the following year, otherwise they will be forfeited.
